Locals Only...an art and music pub started in early 2005 under a concept created by owners David Queisser and Michele Kofski. That concept was to have place where musicians, poets, gypsies, gaberlunzies and anyone who needs a break from the typical, sports themed, pretentious, drunk-filled, pickup joints could socialize.

A place where the folks could listen to original music, see original art and be with open minded people who may or may not share similar interests but are always willing to listen.

A place where a woman could walk in by herself and feel very comfortable knowing that some drunken predator is not going to interrupt her visit with obnoxious come-ons.

A place where a musician could bring their instrument(s) of choice, talk shop and play away at one of the open stage nights or just play back on the corner sofa ...alone.

A place where one could witness one of the loudest, hardest bands in town one night and relax to Bluegrass or Honkey-Tonk the next night.

More importantly, a place where ALL people could congregate and feel like part of the family very shortly after walking through the door the first time.

Oh, how this has come together so perfectly! You don't have to be a local to come in but you will be one by the time you leave.
